I try to be my best.

It takes 10 minutes to run from the DVD dropoff slot at the libary, across a deserted parking lot and streets at 2:00am, back to my place.

Also, I'll put on an icepack while doing my stomach crunches.  I can do a thousand now.

Is that good? How much is 10 minutes mean in kilomilesometers? Is you can run fast more quicker than with no cars in lots? Is you can has a 12-pack for in your abs 1000 times??

Yeah! With no cars you can has make a shortcut and take it home faster.

10 minutes is not really that good. It's like if you watch the end of Jerry at 2x dvd speed. At around that time, the longer the time, the more impressive it is. "Wow, he's been shuffling along for 10 minutes now... and he's still going?!"

I have a 720-pack now. Used to be a keg! You can always be thinner, look better.

Google says 1.7 km, 20 mins... so it is 2x dvd speed! But that's Manhattan distance.

I believe in taking care of myself,
in a balanced diet, in a rigorous exercise routine.
In the morning, if my face is a little puffy,
I'll put on an icepack while doing my stomach crunches.
I can do a thousand now.
After I remove the icepack, I use a deep pore cleanser lotion.
In the shower, I use a water-activated gel cleanser.
Then a honey-almond bodyscrub.
And on the face, an exfoliating gelscrub.
Then I apply an herb mint facial masque,
which I leave on fourteen minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine.
I always use an aftershave lotion with little or no alcohol,
because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older.
Then moisturizer,
then an anti-aging eye balm,
followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion.
